Janet Zuccarini

Janet Zuccarini – CEO & Founder

Holding an MBA from Boston University in Rome, Janet is not only the owner and visionary behind Gusto 54 but a powerhouse woman in the entrepreneurial restaurant industry. She is continuously recognized for her success and innovation receiving awards such as “Independent Restaurateur of the Year”, “TEC Canada Award for Excellence in Entrepreneurship” and “Business Leadership Award.”

Demetrio Bianco

Demetrio Bianco – Chief Operating Officer

Graduating from L’Istituto Professionale Alberghiero in Maratea, Italy where he studied Culinary Arts. Demetrio Bianco has been a key member of the Gusto 54 leadership team for over 20 years where is responsible for the day-to-day operations of all Gusto 54 operations including overseeing the management teams. His passion for food, people and the customer experience are what drives his management style to make sure everyone’s experience is no less than amazing.

Elio Zannoni

Elio Zannoni’s – Executive Chef

Elio Zannoni started out at Gusto 54 as a chef de Cuisine at Trattoria nervosa after spending over a decade studying and expanding his culinary profile of global techniques and influences. Within a year, he was promoted to Executive Chef. Elio is an advocate for sustainability and spearheads the Gusto 54 sustainability program. Through his leadership, Gusto 54 has become a LEAF and Ocean-wise certified organization.

Gusto 54 strives to make everyone’s experience from top to bottom an enjoyable one. The company values reflect in the way they choose to lead on all levels this includes pillars such as remaining positive, being accountable and being solution driven. Gusto 54 is a leader in the restaurant and culinary industry and their leadership reflects how it was possible.
